Our Response to COVID-19
While the ongoing COVID-19 ("Coronavirus") continues to evolve, our top concerns are the well-being of our Team and the community, while ensuring our Clients' cases are being serviced at the highest level possible.While this crisis poses unique challenges, thanks to an incredible team of dedicated attorneys, paralegals, and staff we have been able to continue running our office virtually.
Safety is Our First Concern We have taken numerous steps to ensure the safety of our Clients, Attorneys, Staff and Paralegals. We are also taking detailed steps to ensure that every action we take is in compliance with CDC Guidelines. Currently we have gone to working 100% virtually, including:
- Initial Client Meetings: Remote Initial Client Meetings;
- Virtual Depositions;
- Virtual Mediations;
- Remote Meetings;
- Video Conferencing.
A few things to keep in mind: 1. Same Hours & Operations: We continue to be available to our existing clients, including paralegals, attorneys and staff; 2. Accepting New Cases: We continue to accept new cases, and look for opportunities to help Clients. 3. We are having all of our Client meetings using video conferencing or teleconferencing services; 4. Court System: Many Courts have closed or slowed down their workload. As of today, this has not had an impact on many of our Cases, but this may change as the situation develops; 5. Support Affected Local Businesses: We also urge our Clients and community to support the local businesses hardest hit by the crisis, particularly in the service industry.
We want to assure the attorneys that we work with that we will be available, albeit remotely, during this unprecedented time. If you require assistance dealing with a case or would like to refer a client to us, do not hesitate to contact us.
Please be safe.
