Personal Statement

Coming from a family of immigrants and being born and raised in the Rio Grande Vally has caused me to personally see the many hardships that immigrants face throughout their lives. Since moving to San Marcos, Texas, I have made it my goal to study law so that I can better assist those in need of legal help. I have earned my Bachelor of Science with a major in Criminal Justice and minor in Forensic Psychology from Texas State University. I then continued my education and am currently pursuing a Masters of Arts In legal Studies degree and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Texas State University. In the future I plan on attending law school where I will focus my studies on immigration and criminal law.

Immigration law is a delicate and constantly changing area of the law. It is because of these reasons that I want to provide the utmost quality of work for our clients. Immigration law allows me the opportunity to assist those in need of legal help and provide them with a safe, judgment-free environment. I clearly understand the importance of gaining a clients' trust and reaching their expectations and that's why I do all I can to work as efficiently as possible as well.

Personal Philosophy

I would say that Daniella is an Excellent attorney that help me on a petition case, she also helped my sister with another immigration matter. The Lyttle Law Firm exceeded my expectations! Daniela was so great, she was extremely dedicated, professional and most importantly, truly cared for my husband’s case. Not only did she help with the case itself but she also helped us in finding a criminal justice attorney and situating everything out with that. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Daniela’s firm, I absolutely recommend her and assure you she will not disappoint. I.M.
Daniella and her staff were patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Daniella guided us through the often times lengthy and cumbersome process of applying for a marriage-based permanent resident card. We never felt like we were dealing with just another lawyer, we felt like we were dealing with person that was invested in your success. We were even able to complete this entire process while living several hours away in Corpus Christi. If you want to ensure you have the best on your side when working through the immigration process, then the Lyttle Law Firm is a must! C.O.
